A tailor made program aimed at giving key leaders within

Executive Alignment / One Day Courses
We are able to offer a variety of one day courses.
Our most popular is an Executive Alignment day where we
explain the mindset and behaviors that will need to be put
in place to make any Lean journey successful. This course
is aimed at senior Management and Executive level.
Diploma In Competitive Manufacturing
In Conjunction with our University partners we are able
to offer (In Australia) A Diploma in Competitive Manufacturing.
This course lasts for 24 weeks and includes formal training
in the classroom, however the majority of the work is carried
out at the students work place, where the Business sponsor
can see the results of the students learning as the course
progresses.
Some of the greatest success stories we have seen have
been where one company puts 16 or more of their staff through
the one course. In this case the classroom moves to your
business. This course is also run as a public program. It
is recommended that your business send 2 or more delegates
to facilitate teamwork during the practical component of
the program.
