will also assess the approach that your management and supervision
exhibit and rate this against best practice. We at CLS recognize
that management behavior drives the way an organization
acts. Without the correct management approach applying lean
tools can actually be detrimental to your business.
After this assessment a full explanation and gap analysis
will be provided as well as practical advice on how to start
the journey towards excellence. CLS also support the actual
implementation of this advice, providing the resource required
