The West Midlands Manufacturing Club had a full house at our ‘Lean in the Real World’ workshop which was held at the Wolverhampton Business Solutions Centre on Tuesday 14th March 2017.
This informative and interactive workshop was planned to help business understand the benefit of introducing Lean Tools and Techniques to the workplace and how it can help them to reduce costs, increase productivity and improve employee engagement through the introduction of Standardised working practices that are used by some of the world’s most successful businesses including Japanese Automotive, European Telecommunications and UK Aerospace.
20+ Black Country businesses attended the event which was the first in a series of Lean events to be held in association with the West Midlands Manufacturing Club and Complete Lean Solutions.
As result of this initial success further Lean Awareness Workshop dates have now been planned to take place at Business Solution Centres in Sandwell – June; Telford – September Wolverhampton November.
